Our Venue Rental Package gives you access to Excellence Studio Event Center and the flexibility to create an event that reflects your unique vision. This package is ideal for clients who already have their own decorator, vendors, or event plans and simply need a beautiful, versatile space to host their special occasion. Venue Rental Package Includes: Private use of the event venue during your reserved time Tables and chairs Access to designated venue amenities Setup and breakdown time within your reserved rental period. Cancellation Policy
At Excellence Studio Event Center, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain smooth operations, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation by Client If you need to cancel your event, the following terms apply:     •    More than 60 Days Before Event: Full refund of the deposit, minus a 10% administrative fee.     •    30 to 60 Days Before Event: 50% of the deposit is refundable.     •    15 to 29 Days Before Event: 25% of the deposit is refundable.     •    Less than 15 Days Before Event: No refund will be issued. 2. Rescheduling     •    Clients may reschedule their event once, subject to availability, without penalty if the request is made at least 30 days before the original event date.     •    If rescheduling occurs within 15 to 29 days before the event, a 25% rebooking fee will be applied.     •    No rescheduling is allowed for cancellations made within 14 days of the event; the full deposit will be forfeited. 3. Cancellation by Excellence Studio Event Center     •    In the rare case that Excellence Studio Event Center must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, structural issues, or emergencies), the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.     •    Excellence Studio Event Center is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or public emergencies. 4. No-Show Policy     •    If the client fails to show up for the event without prior notice, no refunds or credits will be issued. 5. Force Majeure     •    If an event must be canceled due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of both parties (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions), both parties will work together to reschedule the event at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 6. Refund Process     •    Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after approval.     •    All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@excellence-studio.com. By booking with Excellence Studio Event Center, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
